This is an interesting painting. It appears that some of the people at the table are inmates, or hospital workers because they have blue "booties" over their shoes.
Originally built in 1911 as county poor farm, this building is now a beautiful hotel with a winery, brewery, spa, several unique bars, restaurants, a movie theater, a glass blowing studio, a small vineyard, a golf course, etc. In its day it also housed disabled and mentally ill patients for the State of Oregon. Now it’s covered inside and out with hundreds of eclectic works of art (many like this one reflecting the building’s history.) To learn more Google "McMenamins Edgefield"
