not sure about upstate new york but in the rest of the country there is a thing called a recession.

on 23 dec 2012 when the world goes to hell in a basket i am going to buy up all the abandoned properties real cheap and become the new UPPER CLASS (who is with me on this one)
This is a really cute house. Just needs a little TLC. How come there are so many abandonded properties in the area?
